Refund policy

RETURNS:

We offer limited returns within 30 days of delivery. While returns aren’t guaranteed, we’re always open to working with you. If there’s a valid reason, Anchor Works will cover the return label. We truly believe in the value of this product—but if anything arrives damaged or incomplete, reach out and we’ll make it right. 

WARRANTY:

All Anchor Works kits come with a 1-year limited warranty covering any issues related to manufacturing or assembly under normal use.

While we haven’t seen defects in the field, if you experience a problem that seems out of the ordinary, contact us with your order number and a brief description. We’ll take a look and make it right if something’s off.

While the warranty is limited to one year, we don’t expect problems.

This warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, modification, neglect, or extreme weather conditions beyond the tested wind ratings. Normal wear and tear (like scratches, fading, or corrosion) is also not covered.

We recommend closing your beach umbrella in winds above 20MPH to protect your setup and extend the life of your gear.
